Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a BharatCard account or using any BharatCard service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. The Service
BharatCard provides virtual payment cards and virtual phone numbers for receiving supported verification codes, managed from a single dashboard and funded from a USDT (TRC20) wallet balance.
Card availability depends on issuer support, and virtual number availability depends on provider inventory. BharatCard does not guarantee acceptance by any specific merchant or delivery of any specific verification code.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate information when registering and verify your email address before using the service. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
BharatCard staff will never ask for your password, private keys, or verification codes. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Deposits & Balances
Wallet deposits are made in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network, subject to the minimum deposit shown at the time of payment. Deposits are credited only after the payment has been verified on-chain by our team — never automatically or instantly.
Sending unsupported assets, using the wrong network, or sending below the minimum may result in unrecoverable loss of funds.
5. Fees & Pricing
Applicable fees — including card issuance fees and virtual number prices — are always displayed before you confirm a purchase. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use BharatCard for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, harassment, or any purpose that violates the terms of the services you interact with. We may suspend or close accounts involved in prohibited activity.
7. Refunds
Refund handling follows the order status and provider rules shown on each order — for example, a virtual number that receives no code before expiry is handled per the refund policy displayed on that order.
8. KYC & Compliance
Some features may require identity verification (KYC) depending on usage and applicable regulations. Failure to complete requested verification may limit access to certain features.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BharatCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
